Hey guys, so thinking of purchasing BF3 sometime soon, a lot of you are playing I assume right? I've never played the BF series on PC before, saw BF3 on 360 and looks pretty awesome. Only thing is I've Modern Warfare on PC and wasn't a big fan of it compared to console, and lack of dedicated servers. Is BF3 worth it on PC with servers and everything? Also, unfortunately I don'd have the newest PC ever, running Duo CPU T5250 @1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, 32-bit OS, and graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS (which I think is barely below the recommended minimal graphics card requirement). So just wondering how smoothly the game will run with my lappy, and if it'll be worth it for me because I want to get playing with you guys again. So let me know your opinions, talk soon! its a great game, but it wont be playable with those specs. you would probably get 10-20 fps on lowest settings, it will be choppy at the same time cause you don't have enough ram. | ||

Dammit, figured :( Looks like I'll be sticking css on and off until CS:GO comes out lol. I might try downloading a pirated version to try out the campaign, see how it goes. | ||

yeah, theres no demo to test it out. you can build a rig that can play bf3 on high settings for around 800-1000 Edited Wed Dec 07 2011, 06:48AM | ||

Yeah I could put one together with my friend is works with computers and gets parts and factory prices so it'd be cheap, unfortunately can't chip out even that much money right now :( someday lol | ||
