Flork's Lubrication Guide for Sig Sauer Pistols As for which slide glide grease you should use...colder climates should use the light viscosity. I' ll post pictures of my cleaning/ greasing process as well as what newish products I've been trying in the next few days. This is the website I go to for sig sauer mags, grip screws, and slide glide + other cleaning supplies, (If I can't find it cheaper elsewhere that is)...he's also got pistols for sale too. I greased it up to excess, like the forum link suggested, and then wiped away all the discharge. It's never felt this good before. Slick, smooth, precise. It's like a totally different gun. I am so grateful. I'd been using FP10 for the past few years, and grease blows it out of the water. Here she is all purtied up and ready to win the Greased Sig contest at the county fair. ![]() |

I'm really pleased to hear that Air =) your gun looks amazing btw! You should give us a range report next time you get to shoot it. When it's really cold up there and you take it to the range...rack the slide a few times, that will ensure the slide locks back after the last round. |
