Well, I can't say I'm surprised. I've lost track of how many times I've had this argument with friends and co-workers. The ones who play both PC AND console at least understand the fact that PC gamers will always beat console players as long as Consoles have their little thumbsticks. And yet, they play consoles for their own particular reasons whether it be with friends and family. That's fine. It's the ones that ONLY play consoles that get me all riled up. Most, not all, but most are just too stubborn, stupid, or a combination of both to believe that those little joysticks are nothing to a mouse and keyboard. I would love to see a real FPS come out where both groups could play together. And I'm not talking about Halo POS where you jump and float in the air for 10 seconds. I want a game like CS, Unreal, or Left 4 Dead to be compatible with cross-platform multiplayer and take out all the auto-aiming aids and see how well they do. That'll be the day I point and laugh in their faces. *Whew.. .ok, get off the soapbox, now. Think about something else before you get on YouTube and start finding "PC vs Console" videos just to harass the console fanboys again.* |
