My Sig P226 that is...I have only taken her out once to shoot and already the gun had issues. The problem was the presence of burrs on the inside of the slide, during action this would scrape and gouge the top surface of the rear rails. She will be on Scott Rudolph's desk tomorrow morning as Sig has opted to pay for next day air shipping. I was going to show you guys pics but I had forgotten to do so. Apart from that the gun was great. Chances are I'm going to get a frame replacement and have the slide either lapped or replaced as well... Anyway before I sent her off I did take some pictures. Here it is with flash because that really makes the grips stand out. Note the Truglow front sights and the Plus 2 magazine =P 15 rnds of .40 S&W ![]() And here it is without flash. ![]() And this is the reason I sent her back for warranty repair/ replacement ![]() |

Nice pistol. Good to know that customer service is good with Sig. I've been thinking about a P22 for awhile now. Nice looking piece and cheap to shoot. Something my daughter could get into also.

Get her a baby Deagle :P Ahh, but that's too bad you had to send it back already. The guy that owned the pawn shop I worked for did all his own gunsmithing. He used to file down metal and that type of thing all the time. People used to beg him to work on their guns, but he nearly always refused. He didn't want his hobby to feel like a job. heh heh. |

I had that same problem with my Beretta 92FS. It really sucked not having my baby girl under my pillow at night for a few days.
